The Olive Motel
- 250 metres from Coromandel Town centre, yet is quiet and has space for you to relax.
- Heat pump/air conditioning in all accommodation.
- All rooms have FREEVIEW TV ,PRIME VIDEO and NETFLIX ,suites have spa baths studios have showers only.
-Rooms 1-9 have hobs, fridge, microwave ,room 10 doesn't have a hob but has fridge, microwave and complimentary tea and coffee.
- Suites sleep up to five people with a separate bedroom containing queen-size bed, and 3 single beds in the lounge. Studios sleep 2 people. 2 bedroom suite sleeps up to 6 people.
- Complimentary WiFi for all guests.
Come for a family holiday, with a group of friends, a business break, fishing trip, or just come to de-stress, unwind and indulge.

• Check in from 2pm to 8pm and check out by 10am.
* Unauthorized non check out will be charged at $100 per hour.
• On arrival credit card details are to be left with The Olive Motel management to cover any damages, breakages or theft or non payment of the room.
• Please keep noise outside to a minimum in respect for the other guests.
• Motel grounds for checked in guest use only - day and night. Unauthorised guests will be charged at $100/person/night including children .
• Your stay at The Olive Motel is at your own risk. Please keep valuables with you at all times. Please keep your accommodation locked when you are out.
• No smoking in all indoor areas. If you do smoke a fee will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of cleaning.
* Early check out is okay, rooms needed to be locked and the key left in the key drop any damage, stolen motel property are charged to your card.
* Lost keys are charged to your card for full lock replacement .
* Cooking of smelly food and leaving the kitchens in a poor state may incur extra normal cleaning and be charged for on top of room price.
