One Tree Hill

One Tree Hill sits on the very top of a 300m grassy hill, 2.5 kilometres as the eagle flies from Corner inlet with a landmark cypress tree and an unforgettable 360° panorama across Corner Inlet, Wilsons Promontory, Bass Strait and the Strzelecki Ranges. There are three Villas to choose from. The first called 360o is a Modscape modular house comprising 3 bedrooms, 2x bathrooms, an open plan lounge dinning Kitchen and a rumpus room. It sleeps 7. The other two are known as Eagles Nest and Lockies Lookout they comprise 2 bedrooms, two bath rooms an open plan lounge dining kitchen and a rumpus room. Each of these sleeps 6.

The next-door neighbour is 1 km away the towns of Toora and Welshpool are each10km away in opposite directions. To the west is coffee at Foster and Toora, the surf beaches and walks of Wilsons Prom (40 mins to front gate), uninhabited surf beaches at Waratah and Sandy Point. Drive on the back beach at Sandy Point, visit the secret beach on shallow inlet near Yanakie. To the East is the Agnes Falls (2 km) Port Welshpool long jetty (10km), beach and wharf. Have fish and chips on the Port Albert Wharf. Enjoy a traditional old-style Aussie counter lunch at the historic frozen in time Victoria hotel Alberton (the kid’s size is huge). Enjoy the historic Yarram. Tour the fern rainforests, swing bridge and waterfalls of the Tara Bulga National Park and the Grand Ridge Road.
