COVID SAFE
While staying with us please adhere to all Covid Safe Rules outlined by the Victorian Government.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Should you need to cancel your reservation please advise us 48 hours prior to arrival date.

CHECK-IN
You are welcome to check in to our property after 2.00pm, please call ahead if you will be arriving after 5.00pm.

CHECK-OUT
Check out is between 8.00am and 10.00am. If leaving prior to 8.00am please key your key in the door.
Late check-out may be arranged in advance. The following fees apply; $50 til 12 noon, $100 til 2.00pm.

BREAKFAST
If you wish, we serve continental breakfast to your room, please complete our Breakfast Menu upon check-in.

KITCHENETTE
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in your room along with a bar fridge and sink. If you would like a coffee plunger (check out Sixpence Coffee in Bright), please contact reception.

STRICTLY NO COOKING
Cooking facilities and kitchenware are not provided in your guest room. Microwaves are not provided. There are no shared kitchen facilities at the property. Please DO NOT bring cooking equipment of any kind. Any guests cooking at the Ovens Valley Motor Inn will be asked to leave immediately.

GUEST BARBEQUE
We provide one barbeque for all guests to share. This is only allowed to be used for the purpose of barbecuing and must be shared at all times.

We currently do not operate a restaurant, an extensive eating out guide can be found in your room and restaurant recommendations can be given, just ask at reception.

PET POLICY
Due to the nature of our property unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated at the Ovens Valley Motor Inn.

SMOKING POLICY
At the Ovens Valley Motor Inn we like to offer our guests a Smoke Free environment. This means that guests are welcome to smoke in designated smoking areas by the fountain on the front lawn and on the lawn by the tennis court.

NOISE POLICY
Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Gatherings must cease before 10.00pm. IF you will to gather after this time please do so at various venues in Bright.

CLEANING FEE
You are liable for any damages to the room or property therein and authorise Stablehouse Group Pty Ltd authority to charge my card for cleaning or repair fees. Please inform us of any accidental damage immediately, alternatively additional cleaning or repair fees will be charged.
