Terms & Conditions

1. Guest must present Government issued valid identification card upon check - in.
2. Pay upon check-in
3. Safety deposit of One thousand pesos (PhP 1,000) will be collected upon check-in and returned upon check out after inspection of room.
4. Guest must fill up registration form & must agree with terms of agreement before check - in. Unless reservation was made in advance & only signature shall be asked.
5. Guest will be given their own keys to unlock all systems, devices or drawers inside the room. Each key lost will charged to guests account with an amount of Php 500.00.
6. NO SMOKING POLICY shall be strictly observed inside the room. Kindly ask Front Desk or Management Personnel on duty for designated areas of this concern.
7.EXTRA BED/S. Each room is designated to accommodate extra visitor. If you intend to add additional bed kindly refer your concern to the Reception.
EXTRA PERSON with bed will be for a fee of PhP500 / person inclusive of breakfast.
8. The Management will not be responsible for any lost of belongings while guest is inside the room. We have safety boxes available in each room.
9. Any concerns, questions shall be directed to the Front Desk Personnel on duty. We would be glad to assist you immediately to give you a more enjoyable stay.

Payment Policy

We accept payments via credit card, Gcash and cash payments via Weixin, Euro, USD, CNY, NTD, Korean Won, Yen and Philippine peso cash.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund upon cancellation 7 days before check in date otherwise reservation is said to be confirmed and deposit charged to the hotel.
