We provide 24 hours free of charge Airport Transfer (pick up and drop off) and our reception is open 24 hours.
Airport pickup instruction for international terminal:
Please call us on +66 (0)85 069 0738 after you have collected your baggage and we will pick you up outside the arrival terminal. Please wait near the third exit. We will have a shuttle there within 10 minutes, as we are only 600 meters from the airport.

Please call us on +66 (0)85 069 0738 after you have collected your baggage and we will pick you up outside the arrival terminal. Please wait near the TMB exchange office directly to your left as you exit the building. We will have a shuttle there within 10 minutes, as we are only 600 meters from the airport.
Please note that check-in time is starting from 12:00 and latest check-out time is 14:00.
Early check-in is possible on request and we provide late check-out for THB 200 per hour after 14:00.

**Beware of TAXI SCAMS at the airport**
Recently we had taxi drivers pretending to call the hotel for the guest and tell them that nobody is answering so they can charge a fee for bringing you to the hotel. Sometimes they ask as much as 500 baht for the 2-minute ride.

Rates
- All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of VAT and applicable taxes.
We may modify our rates at any time. This does not apply to already made reservations.
Extra person policy and extra child policy
- An extra bed is possible in a Superior Double Room with an extra charge of THB 500.
- A child under 10 years old can stay free of charge providing no extra bed is required.
- A baby cot can be provided free of charge.

Stornierungsbedingungen
Cancellation and no show policy
- Reservations must be cancelled at least 7
days before arrival in order to get refund.
- If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival
or in case of no show, no refund will be
granted.
- Cancellations must be made via a written
e-mail, quoting the booking reference
number directly to Phuket Airport Hotel.
Your cancellation is acknowledged and
accepted only when you receive a
cancellation confirmation from us.
