Payment Policy
A credit card is required to secure all bookings. Please note, all credit card transactions are subject to a surcharge. Unfortunately we are unable to process cheques.
Bookings through the GDS system require a corporate credit card or VCC at time of reservation which will be charged on arrival of guest or within cancellation period. An invoice showing payment will be emailed to booker on guest departure.

Cancellation Policy
At Pinctada McAlpine House the cancellation policy varies according to the time of year. From 1 June to 30 September, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of the arrival date. For low season and shoulder season months, the cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within these periods along with "no show" bookings will be charged in full for the reservation.
Cancellations within the cancellation period caused by border closures due to Covid-19 restrictions will be charged a $75 administration fee.
We recommend travel insurance cover.
When available, Advance Purchase reservations include a pre-paid discount and are non-refundable.
We would be most grateful if you would advise us of your arrival time when this information becomes available to you. Check-in is at 3pm. Should you arrive before 3pm we accept your luggage and will attempt to provide you with early access to your room, however please note that this is subject to availability.
As we do not operate a 24 hour reception, please let us know if you are arriving after 4pm to ensure we can arrange your access to the hotel after-hours.
We recommend either the transfer bus or the taxi service for airport transfers.
