Terms & Conditions

Payment 
- Credit Card information entered into the hotel booking system is to guarantee the booking only. No amount will be charged until check-out from the hotel, unless the booking is cancelled within the penalty period.

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Early check-in will be subject to room availability. 
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out will be subject to room availability, and luggage can be stored in the hotel storeroom.

Room Occupancy
- Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
- Children under 3 years old may share the bed with parents, or may use the hotel baby cot without charge, and there is no charge for breakfast.
- Children 3 – 9 years old sharing the existing bed with parents will be charged for breakfast at THB 350 per night.
- Maximum adult per room is three persons. The third adult will be charged for an extra bed at THB 2,500 per night, which includes breakfast.

Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% smoke free. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building. A $200 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the rooms.

Politique d'annulation

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 3 days prior to the check-in date will incur no charge. 
- Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the entire booking amount. 
- No show will incur a charge of 100% of the entire booking amount.
