All guests must sign in to the resort at check-in with suitable ID & contact details.
The registered guest(s) will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or in any areas of the hotel.
This liability extends to the guest(s) and any visitors.
Please respect other guests and our neighbors & keep noise to a minimum. No personal speakers to be used throughout the resort.
Please also be prepared with a credit card or cash deposit of $200 when checking in.
Pool Rules are displayed on entry to the pool and poolside. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Please ensure all guests of the hotel read the pool rules before entry. (located at entrance and boundary of the pool). Below is a brief summary.
The swimming pool and surrounding area are licensed for hotel guests only.
PSR Swimming Pool is open sunrise to sunset. Pool towels are provided.
Proper swimming attire must be worn & all patrons must shower before entering the pool.
No smoking, no BYO alcohol to be consumed in the pool or areas surrounding the pool. (including outside the pool fence)
No glass, alcohol or any food & drink inside the pool gate, no intoxicated persons allowed in the pool area.
Pool furniture & Sunloungers must not be moved for any reason.
Rooms with 1 king bed have a 2 person maximum occupancy (including children). If there are any more than 2 occupants in your party a suitable family room or an extra room must be booked.
Children must be supervised at all times, children must not enter the pool area without an appropriate adult.
Visitors are allowed at the discretion of the front desk manager & must be signed in at reception by guests (maximum 1 per paying guest) if visiting Point Samson Resort & must be off the premises by 6pm.
No bait or fish carcasses to put in our rubbish bins. Please dispose of in boat ramp bins or ask at reception for disposal information.
Management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms conditions & rules.

Discount rates:Discounted rates and locals rates are payable in full with booking. Discounted rates are non-refundable. Date changes are possible subject to availability with a fee payable.
Credit Card Surcharges: There are no surcharges for any credit cards at Point Samson Resort
Flexible Rates: Full amount of stay is payable in advance by 10am 2 days prior to your reservation. A valid credit card is necessary to hold the booking. Booking can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before day of check in. After this time the booking is non-refundable
