Welcome to Pomeroy’s on Kilmore, a boutique guest house located inside Christchurch’s ‘Four Avenues’ which is New Zealand owned. Just four blocks from the lively city centre, Cathedral Square is a casual 15 minute stroll away, assuming you don’t get drawn into one of the many great cafés along the way. Offering all the comforts of a residential address, each spacious room is beautifully furnished, with individual heating and ensuite bathrooms.
The communal dining room and courtyard offer opportunities to meet fellow guests and travellers, and off street parking is available with private entrances at both the front and rear. Pomeroy’s on Kilmore offers free broadband and wireless internet, off street parking and coin operated laundry facilities. In addition to the guest house, Pomeroy's historic Old Brewery Inn is literally a stone's throw away next door. Discover warm friendly staff offering locally brewed beer and five star meals at pub prices in Pom’s signature restaurant, Victoria's Kitchen, specialising in fresh flavours from New Zealand and around the world.
Breakfast is provided in our sunny cafe on the corner offering guests various breakfast choices that are all homemade with beautiful locally sourced ingredients. Coffee from Allpress, Fine and Dandy Teas and juices will be available too. Of course tea, coffee and fresh fruit will be available in the B&B for guests to enjoy whenever.
Our lovely B&B is right next door to our wonderful pub! For most people this is a big drawcard but if you are sound sensitive / have children or would just like a quieter room then we suggest that you book either the Garden Room or Kilmore Room. All of our rooms are double glazed and our pub does close daily at 11pm however it is important to remember that you are staying next door to an eating / drinking establishment.
Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home, whether in the guest house or wandering next door to enjoy a locally brewed beer or wine from our award winning selection. When you arrive to our accommodation, you will need to collect your keys from one of the friendly staff at Pomeroy's pub. The pub does get busy from 6pm onwards, if you do not feel comfortable collecting from there then please let us know prior and we can arrange to have your keys left in a secure lock box.

Queen size bed with a beautifully carved wooden head and foot board. The sun room is furnished with a writing desk overlooking the front gardens. A single bed can be comfortably accommodated for those travelling with a child.

We are a New Zealand owned business and our legal company name is OBI Properties limited.
The name that will appear on your statement will be Pomeroys on Kilmore.
Description of goods and is price in NZD or Currency selected.
Norme di cancellazione
Should you plans unexpectedly change we are happy to offer a 75% refund of the total booking price outside of 7 days. If you have to cancel within 7 days of arrival: 100% of the total cost will be charged. We will attempt to resell the room, and if it is re-booked, a refund for the night re-booked will be honored.
