Please ensure you have a booking with the correct amount of guests including children of any age.
No extra guests can be accommodated.

Late Arrival Procedure
Please call us prior to 5pm if you will be arriving after 8pm as reception closes at 8pm. We can arrange a key for your room on arrival.
Please call (03) 5682 2022 to notify us of your arrival time. Arriving after 9pm without prior notice will incur additional cost.

Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying at our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages including soilage and removal of room items or fixtures, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Please notify reception of any incidents as they occur. Once your booking is confirmed you agree to our terms and conditions and you authorise Prom Country Lodge to charge your credit card for any breakages, soiled furnishings or excessive cleaning.

Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Room Occupancy
Prom Country Lodge requires all guests to be listed and accounted for at time of booking, regardless of occupants age.

Maximum Occupancy per room
Two Bedroom = 7 guests
One Bedroom = 5 guests
Twin = 4 guests
Queen = 2 guests
Deluxe = 2 guests

Maximum Occupancy includes children and infants
Infant - 0-2yrs
Child - 3-12yrs
Adult - 13yrs and over

Additional Guests
If you arrive with more guests than your original booking states, you will be charged an additional fee, per person of $40 per night.

House-Keeping
Rooms serviced daily except on weekends, public holidays and long weekends where house-keeping is limited

Pets
Only assistance dogs allowed

All figures displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars. When booking you will be required to provide a valid credit card as a guarantee to secure the booking. The card provided will be charged in full, 7 days prior to arrival and 30 days prior to arrival in peak periods (Dec-Jan and all Public Holidays/long weekends)

Failure to provide a valid credit card will result in your reservation being cancelled.

Stornierungsbedingungen

A reservation may be cancelled and a refund issued only if the guest provides Prom Country Lodge Foster with written or verbal notice 7 days prior to check-in or 30 days prior to check-in during Peak periods (Dec-Jan and all public holidays/long weekends)

No-Show
If a guest fails to arrive without giving the required 7 days notice, they will be charged the full booking price.

Date Changes
Changes may be made to your reservation where possible, prior to arrival - charges may apply
Re-booked dates must be within 365 days of original booking dates.

Non-Refundable Rates
If you have purchased a non-refundable rate on any booking site (Booking.com,Expedia,direct etc.) the booking can be changed to an alternative date (in the same season) However, in the event this is not an option, you will forfeit the entire booking.
