Sabang Oasis reserves the right to charge for any damages to our rooms incurred by our guests or their visitors. Our rooms are non smoking and ashtrays are provided on the balcony tables. Smoking in the rooms may incur charges for cleaning odours left behind.
If early checkout is required accounts should be settled the previous day.
No charge will be made for 1 additional guest providing no additional linens required. If extra beds are required charge will be 300 php each.

Política de pago

For reservations not made through our travel agents 50% downpayment is required with balance being paid on checkout with any additional charges for mini bar, laundry etc For guests booking through OTA's final account will be prepared for payment on checkout.Please note credit card payments on the island incur a 6% surcharge so better to bring sufficient cash.

Política de cancelación

For Peak Season Dec 15th-Jan15th, Chinese New Year and Easter holidays and cancellation received within 1 week of the arrival date will be given no refund except in exceptional proven circumstances.
Other times any cancellation after 1 week prior will be charged 1 night stay..2 days prior 2 nights stay..24-36 hours prior no refund.
