条款和条件
HOUSE RULES
1) To keep the house and all the Owner's installations thereon and/ or fixtures and furniture in good and tenant able repair and proper working order;
2) To keep the house clean and to be responsible for the locking and securing of the windows doors and gates when leaving the house;
3) To use the surrounding land and environs in a proper manner and to keep clear at all times the driveway and entrance to the house and all passageways leading thereto;
4) Not to use the house or any part thereof for any unlawful or immoral purposes;
5) Not to do or permit to be done any act or thing which may be a nuisance to or give cause for reasonable complaint from the occupants of neighbouring properties and which may give rise to penalties, fines or prosecution from the government authorities (if there is any penalties or fines shall be the responsibility of the Guest);
6) Please keep quiet after 10.00pm;
7) To deliver up to the Owner the house in good condition order with all locks keys and fastenings complete when checking out;
8) Guest(s) not in the list and any other third party(ies) are not allowed to overnight at the house;
9) The Owner shall make joint inspection with the Guest(s) before the Guest(s) are checking out;
10) The Owner shall have all reserve all rights to initiate legal action against the Guest(s) if there is any losses and damages.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival, or will be charged with the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
