Syarat & Ketentuan

Guest’s House Rules

a) To keep the house and all the Owner's installations thereon and/or fixtures and furniture in good and tenantable repair and proper working order;

b) To keep the house clean and to be responsible for the locking and securing of the windows doors and gates when leaving the house;

c) To use the surrounding land and environs in a proper manner and to keep clear at all times the driveway and entrance to the house and all passageways leading thereto;

d) Not to use the house or any part thereof for any unlawful or immoral purposes;

e) Not to do or permit to be done any act or thing which may become a nuisance to or give cause for reasonable complaint from the occupants of neighbouring properties and which may give rise to penalties, fines or prosecution from the government authorities (if there is any penalties or fines shall be the responsibility of the Guest);

f) Please keep quiet after 10.00 p.m.;

g) To deliver up to the Owner the house in good condition order with all locks keys and fastenings complete when checking out;

h) Guest(s) not in the list and any other third party(ies) are not allowed to overnight at the house;

i) The Owner shall make joint inspection with the Guest(s) before the Guest(s) are checking out;

j) The Guest(s) are required to pay and/or compensate for making any damages and/or losses; and

k) The Owner shall have all reserve all rights to initiate legal action against the Guest(s) if there is any losses and damages.

Dear Valued guests:

In order to provide a better cleaning service to our guests in SaffronCasa, we will start to implement a new cleaning policy on January 1, 2020.

We will provide daily housekeeping service for all of our daily guests who stay in SaffronCasa. Deep cleaning service will be provided every 5th day for daily guests who spend more than 5days in SaffronCasa. At the same time, we provide our cleaning tools, equipment and eco-friendly cleaning detergents.

The daily cleaning service only includes bed making, floor sweeping and empty the garbage. Deep Cleaning service will be carried out every 5th day, service includes (1) sweep and mop the floors in bedroom(s), living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony. (2) Bathroom(s) cleaning, including shower place, toilet, lavatory and floor, (3) Dust/wipe clean the surface of tables and cabinets, (4) clear garbage from dustbin, (5) change towels, the bed linens, pillowcases and (5) clean the kitchen including dishwashing.

We are as green as possible. SaffronCasa only provide disposable toothbrush and toothpaste on the first day after guests check-in. If there is demand, please contact our Sales and Housekeeping representatives.

You shall make the Full Payment before you check in the Home Stay.

Kebijakan Pembatalan

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
