Conditions générales

Sandymount Terms and Conditions will be revised from time to time. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.

Rates/Tariffs

All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Tariffs are per night per room and include continental breakfast. All tariffs are based on check-in from 2.00pm and check-out before 11.00 am. Late check-outs will have a charge of $65 applied to the nominated credit card.

Rooms

Rooms 2,3,4 & 5 are upper level rooms. Room 1 is an ensuite room on the ground floor. Should a reserved room become unavailable for maintenance or other reasons a comparable room will be allocated.

Number of Guests

Each room accommodates a maximum of two adults - additional or visiting guests are not permitted. Guests who bring with them additional guests will be charged the full room rate per person.

Use of Accommodation Services

You consent to Sandymount Boutique Accommodation, or authorised agents thereof, using personal information on Guestcheck.com.au in relation to your use of our accommodation services.

Children

All rooms have been designed for the enjoyment of adults only and are unsuitable for children. Guests arriving with children will be advised that it is not permitted and will not be refunded unless the room is re-booked.

Weddings

We allow newly married couples to spend their wedding night at the venue however we do not accept wedding parties who are looking for facilities to use before or after the wedding. We apologise however our facility is not setup to cater for this activity.

Deposits & Full Payments

100% of your total accommodation charge is to be paid at the time of booking.

Excess Cleaning

Costs incurred for excessive cleaning will be charged to the nominated credit card. A charge of $50 per hour will apply.

The following credit cards are accepted;

Visa, Master Card, Amex (Please not a credit card surcharge of 2% applies).

Cancellation, Refunds and Transfers

A strict policy of no cancellations, refunds or transfers applies if a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date. Cancellations outside 14 days will forfeit 50% of the booking. Please carefully consider this when making your reservation. Management apologies for the strong stance however due to the boutique size of the operation it is imperative. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Smoking

Sandymount is a smoke free venue. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Should a room not be saleable the day of your checkout because of the smell of smoke a full days room charge will be applied.

Damage and Theft

Any property wilfully or accidentally damaged will result in a fair and reasonable make good charge being applied to the nominated credit card. Any Sandymount property known to be wilfully taken will also have a fair and reasonable replacement charge applied to the nominated credit card. Our motto is you pay for what you take and pay for what you break.

Unfortunately Sandymount cannot accommodate pets
