Conditions générales
These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation and other bookings made at Santo Saffire. By making a booking guests warrant they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to them. If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.
Rates are per night for sole occupancy of the pavilion and two fares or the pavilion and one fare based on your booking selection. Maximum occupancy per fare is two people.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
Check in time is from 2pm. Check out time 10am.
CHILDREN
Children aged 16 and under are not catered for and Santo Saffire reserves the right and full discretion to not accept bookings for children within this age bracket.
VISITORS
Guests visitors are to be limited to four at any one time.
RATES
Rates are TAX inclusive and will be charged in Vanuatu Vatu.
DAMAGE POLICY
Credit card details must be provided upon confirmation of your Booking
Upon departure and the return of all keys, the property will be inspected.
The guests will automatically be charged the total cost on the credit card on file, in the following circumstances:
– Any item is stolen or removed from the premises;
– There is any damage caused to Santo Saffire property, by the guest or anyone invited onto the property by the guest. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements.
– The guest breaches any of the listed Terms and Conditions.
PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our guests and maintain safeguards to protect personal information in our reasonable care.
Conditions de paiement
PAYMENT POLICY
All bookings are subject to a 50% prepayment at the time of reservation with the balance payable prior to 30 days before your arrival.
Where the balance payable is not made prior to 30 days before arrival the reservation will be cancelled and the full deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings made within 30 days of a stay will be charged 100% of the booking fee. A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.
Politique d'annulation
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 30 days' notice is required for cancellations.
For bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival a 100% charge will be incurred.
For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is non refundable.
A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.
