PLEASE NOTE:
- Hot water is only provided within our premium rooms with a sea view.
- One passport per booking is required upon check-in. In case of failure to give a passport upon check-in, you will be required to pay a $100 deposit.
- There are no ATM's on the island. At Sarasea we accept Cambodian Riel or US Dollar. We also accept credit card payments with a 3.5% surcharge. Cashback is also available with a 10% surcharge.
- Unfortunately, we do not allow our guests to bring their own food or drinks into Sarasea resort as we have a fully functioning restaurant and bar with a diverse and tasty menu. If you would like to discuss the possibility of bringing your own food or drinks to our resort and the service charges involved then please contact us at bookings@sarasearesort.asia
At Sarasea we are committed to keeping our guests stay with us and travel to us as COVID safe as possible. Please ensure to take all safety measures available. These include-
