FLEXIBLE & NON REFUNDABLE RATE PLANS
FOR CREDIT CARD SECURITY REASONS: We require you to present the same credit card you used to make your reservation upon arrival.
1.Each accommodation type states the number of guests included in the rate. An extra charge of 500,000 IDR per night applies per extra guest. Children 4 or under stay for no charge without an extra bed.
2. You agree that Satori Villas Bali reserves the right to charge all deposits and cancellation fees to your credit card you provided in accordance to the reservation & cancellation policies.

OTA (Online Travel Agent) Terms (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com ++)
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS applicable to your booking are as per the terms on your the booking confirmation on file from the OTA you booked your reservation with.

Please note: Booking.com does NOT charge your card when you enter it, it is only to hold the reservation. The charge will be done by PT Inspirit Services, for Satori Villas Bali

Direct Booking Payment Policies:
FLEXIBLE RATES
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
1. 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of your reservation. This fee is NON Refundable.
2. Balance 50% of reservation cost will be charged 30 days before arrival. This fee is NON refundable.
3. If cancelled 31+ days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 50% of the reservation cost. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival or incase of no show, cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation cost.
4. All rates include 21% tax and service in accordance with the Indonesian Hospitality Tax Laws & Regulations.
5. All charges will be in Indonesian Rupiah.
6. Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-out by MasterCard, Visa, JMB or cash payments in IDR.
7. Once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by your payment, Satori Villas Bali assumes that each guest has understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated above.
8. Local time refers to UTC/GMT +8 hours, (WITA) Central Indonesian Time.
9. We recommend you purchase & / or check your credit card benefits for Travel Insurance.

NON REFUNDABLE RATES
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
1. 100% reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of your reservation. This fee is non refundable & guarantees your reservation.
2. If cancelled at any time or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is non refundable.
3. All rates include 21% tax and service in accordance with the Indonesian Hospitality Tax Laws & Regulations.
4. All charges will be in Indonesian Rupiah.
5. Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-out by MasterCard, Visa, JMB or cash payments in IDR.
