Syarat & Ketentuan

Deposit of 50% required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Your credit card details will be held on file as a security bond against damage, extra cleaning costs and breakages.

Cancellation if caused by the client, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price. If cancelled within 30 days of booking the total price will be charged.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. We have a strict policy on overcrowding. Our accommodation is one bedroom, maximum two people. There is no allowances/provision for extra guests.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. You must notify us of any damage immediately. Management will recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion).

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Management may recover from you additional costs (at Management's discretion). Please see attached schedule of fees and charges. Check-out time is 10:00am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Damage to tea towels $10

Damage to fireplace $150*

Damage to furniture $150*

Damage to bedding/linen/towels $150*

* Minimum fee – additional fees may be incurred depending on damage

Kebijakan Pembayaran

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount 30 days before arrival.

Kebijakan Pembatalan

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
