Terms & Conditions
Check in and Check out
• Please notify us if you plan to arrive after office hours (from 6pm) so we can provide check-in instructions.
• Check in time on arrival is 2.00pm. Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement.
• Cooking equipment in Self-contained Bungalow is to be cleaned prior to departure. Please advise if you require a departure cleaning service fee to be added your booking.
Children and extra beds
•Children 14 and younger are not allowed at this property. All guests older than 14 are welcome.
•Cribs (infant beds) or extra beds are not available.
Payment Policy
There are no credit card surcharges. We accept AMEX, JCB, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay. Alternatively, the full amount can be transferred directly into our bank 7 days prior to arrival - account details:

Once your reservation is confirmed your credit card will be used as a form of guarantee for the reservation. This card will also be used to process the booking within 7 days of arrival unless you request otherwise.
All outstanding accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts.
Cancellation Policy
Standard bookings are refundable provided the reservation is cancelled before 6:00pm AEST 7 days or more prior to the day of arrival
If cancelled within 7 days, one night's accommodation charges will be forfeited. Your total booked nights accommodation charges will be forfeited if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, including no shows, and early departures
We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
