Seaport Village Holiday Accommodation Motel is located in the heart of down-town Russell, only 100 meters from the waters edge. Park up and walk to grocery stores, galleries, restaurants and bars, waterfront, wharf, medical center and other amenities.
My favourite is being able to walk to the Coffee shop for my Latte and walk along the waterfront.

Configuration: Rm 1 - has a King bed and Rm 2 - has a king bed and Rm3 - has two singles or can be made into a super queen. Spacious garage and ample room for a boat. Watch the sunset from the comfort of your lounge or on the deck with a glass of wine.

By making a reservation with Seaport Village, you accept and agree to our relevant cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional terms and conditions that may apply in-house during your stay.
• A Non - refundable deposit for 1 (one) night accommodation is required when confirming your booking. • In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, Seaport Village reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and we will contact you directly in order to do so.

• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. • Rates are in New Zealand dollars. • Rates quoted are based on SINGLE or DOUBLEs only. • Extra person(s)are charged a flat rate. Child under 5yrs in their own porta cot Free Of Charge. • Rates includes GST.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards and check-out time is by 10:00am (EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT - MINIMUM CHARGE OF ONE HOUR APPLIES EITHER WAY (FEE$40.00).
DUE TO COVID - 19 SEAPORT VILLAGE OPERATES ON A CONTACTLESS CHECKIN & CHECKOUT SYSTEM. • ROOM KEY & ANY OTHER RELEVENT INFORMATION WILL BE IN THE ROOM. • PRIOR TO DEPARTING THE ROOM PLEASE USE THE DROP BOX TO RETURN THE KEY(S) • FULL PAYMENT OF YOUR STAY TO BE PROCESSED ONLINE.

Cancellation Policy
Once confirmation of your booking is acknowledged, the following cancellation policy applies:
• 30 days prior to date of arrival 25% of the total cost will be charged. • Less than 14 days days prior to date of arrival 50% of the total cost will be charged. •Less than 7 days days prior to date of arrival 100% of the total cost will be charged.
We strongly recommend all traveler's purchase travel insurance to cover unanticipated events. No Show Policy: forfeit the full cost for the duration of the booking. Policy applies to all promotional sales and Covid 19.
