COVID VIRUS
In light of the latest developments concerning the Covid-19 virus we have taken the decision to make it a requirement of your stay with us that you are able to confirm the following:
You have had a Covid test within 72 hours of your arrival date, that the test has been negative and that in the 14 days prior to your arrival you have not/will not have visited a Covid area/hotspot or been in close proximity of anyone who may have been. Regrettably if this information cannot be provided we will not be able to accommodate you.

Check in Time - 3.00pm to 7.00pm.
Check Out Time - 10.00am (Late check-outs may be possible subject to availability).
Pets - Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking - The entire property including all rooms is non-smoking.
Self-catering - A BBQ area is available for guest use with 3 dedicated eating areas. Food is not allowed in guest bedrooms.
Accommodation - Maximum 2 people in a room. (No extra beds).
Children - Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast is exclusively for grown-ups. We DO NOT cater for children under the age of 16.

NOTE: BOOKING POLICY ONLY APPLIES FOR BOOKINGS MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH SENSOM; BOOKINGS MADE VIA THIRD PARTY AGENTS WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE POLICIES OF THE THIRD PARTY.
Booking in Australia: If booking 15 days or more prior to arrival 50% deposit is payable with remaining balance payable 14 days before arrival. (We will charge the credit card supplied* for the balance outstanding). Full payment is required if booking 14 days or less prior to arrival*.
Overseas bookings: Balance payable in full at time of booking.
Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast will accept payment by Cash, Bank Transfer (EFT) and Credit Card*. Please note we only accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel the booking for payment defaults.
(*If paying by Bank transfer full payment is required on booking; all Credit & Debit Cards will incur a merchant fee of 2.5% )

DAMAGE POLICY: Damage to Property, Fixtures, Fittings, Laundry and Linen.

You are responsible for any damage caused by you with respect to your room, its contents and other areas on the property, occurring during your stay. Your credit card will be charged for any damage that may occur.

NOTE: THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS.

2. ALL BOOKINGS MADE FOR PEAK PERIODS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE CONTACT SENSOM DIRECT FOR CLARIFICATION BEFORE BOOKING .

Non-Peak Periods:
Cancellation of your booking 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival at Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast: 50% of booking fee payable.
Cancellation or modification within 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival at Sensom Luxury Bed and Breakfast: Full tariff charged.

Note: An administration fee of $25.00 may be payable for any changes made to bookings after confirmation, at the discretion of management.
