Cancellation Policy
Due to Covid-19 we generally offer 7days prior arrival cancellation or modification with free of charge. Otherwise deposit and balance become non-refundable when due.
If you have an emergency like Covid-19 lockdown or serious sick etc. and need to cancel or postpone the booking within 7 days prior arrival please contact property directly ASAP the free cancellation will be approved reasonably (an evidence might required).
