Skillogalee House, one of the most luxurious self contained accommodation venues in the Clare Valley, has been lovingly and tastefully restored back to a stylish country residence.
The House is set in well established gardens overlooking the large dam and some of the most photographed vineyards in the Valley.
The House features 3 bedrooms. 2 with king-size and one with a queen-sizebed. One room has an ensuite while the other two share an indulgent bathroom with free standing 2 person bath. The two king sized beds can be split into king singles by arrangement.
There is a cosy sitting room with open fire, a well equipped kitchen which overlooks the dining/seating area which itself opens onto the patio and garden. The patio contains a large Weber Q and an outdoor setting for 8. The House also boasts an office with computer and internet access and a second TV.
Full reverse cycle air-conditioning (and under-floor heating in the bathroom) will ensure that guests are pampered. The house is self catering and comes fully equipped and with delicious breakfast provisions.
Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a luxury holiday with friends or family.
A perfect base to explore the wonderful Clare Valley.

Skillogalee's Owl Cottage is a self-contained three bedroom cottage with two queen size beds and two singles. This lovely accommodation is set in bushland overlooking the picturesque Skillogalee vineyards in the Clare Valley.
There is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining /sitting area with radio/CD, a sunroom with TV/VCR, a bathroom /toilet with shower and bath. Under a pergola outside there is an out-door setting and a large gas BBQ for cooking and dining al fresco.
The cottage was purpose built around ten years ago - it has reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area and in each of the bedrooms. There is a wood burning stove in the lounge and electric blankets on the beds to keep cosy in winter.
Only a stone's throw from Skillogalee Cellar Door and Restaurant and within easy reach of other Clare Valley wineries and attractions.

Two bedroom, self-contained cottage with one queen size bed and two singles set in secluded bushland with views over wooded hills and grazing.
The cottage also has a separate toilet and bathroom with shower and bath, a small but well equipped kitchen, a spacious dining lounge area with TV/VCR and a radio/CD player.
There is a deck outside with an outdoor setting and a good sized gas BBQ.
Ideal for a romantic or relaxing getaway in a peaceful setting, but also family friendly.

Terms & Conditions
Confirmation
To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation fee.
We reserve the right to recover costs in the following events:
• The property needs cleaning over and above the normal input due to the behaviour of guests.
• There is damage to the property, its facilities and/or its contents, over and above normal wear and tear due to the behaviour of guests.
• The loss of non-consumable items put in the properties for the enjoyment and comfort of guests.
Late Arrival
Please contact us if you are intending to arrive after 5pm
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the properties. We supply ashtrays for the use of smokers outside. These are kept under the kitchen sinks.
Dogs
Dogs are permitted in some of the accommodation only by prior arrangement and at the discretion of management.
Payment Policy
Total price includes GST.
50% of payment is due on booking.
Remaining 50% is due on arrival.

Please note the following fees will be levied:
• Cancellation notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellation notified 30 days or less and more that 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
