ALL Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Please note the following restrictions apply to dormitory rooms:
- Guest must be a minimum age of 18 years old
- Guest must be travelling with a full size backpackers luggage which is 65L or above.
- Dormitory Rooms are reserved Backpackers and International Travelers.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian and can not be accommodated in Dormitory Rooms. Our property is not recommended for persons under 18.

Fees apply for all EFTPOS, VISA and MASTERCARD transactions. We also accept CASH.

Please note that car parking is limited and subject to availability.

For all group bookings (4 people) please contact us via email reception@somewheretostay.com.au before booking so we can guarantee your group is booked in the same rooms.

Payment Policy

**WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD UNLESS THE CANCELLATION POLICY HAS BEEN BROKEN**

The "1 free night when you book 7" will be honoured on arrival. You pay for 6 nights in advance and the 7th will be free (N/A for 8 bed dorms or bookings with Hostelworld or booking.com)

Valid Credit Card details are to secure your booking. Your card will only be charged if the Cancellation policy is broken.

Please email us if you are unable supply Credit Card details to work out alternative payment methods.

Surcharge fees Apply to all Card Transactions and may vary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice to 9am on check in date. First night will be charged.

Failure to show up for the booking will incur the first nights accommodation charged.

We can wave cancellation fees if you call or contact us asap and we are able to sell the allotted room.
