Southwark Apartments
Southwark Apartments was built by Nigel and Julie Lundy in 2008. Nigel and Julie extended the building after buying neighbouring land and this extension was the city’s first building site commenced in the Christchurch CBD after the February 2011 Earthquake.
Southwark Apartments is managed by Julie’s daughter Gabrielle. This close family connection ensures the highest standards and individual care through to the guests which larger organisations often talk about but cannot replicate.
Southwark Apartments is made up of 36 rooms, 32 being Studio rooms, a One Bedroom Apartment and 3 Two Bedroom Executive Suites.
There are 2 common living areas with fully equipped kitchens, plasma TVs with sky, guest laundry, guest balconies and a courtyard.
Southwark Apartments are excited to announce additional facilities are under way with a new building comprising 20 additional suites and large reception area, guest lounge, and other features, including baggage store, a sun deck, lawn area and under cover parking. Once this extension is complete (forecast August 2015) we will then be underway on a final building adjacent which fronts onto St Asaph St, which includes provision for a café for breakfasts, lunches & room service.
These additions compliment our existing 33 suite building which was architecturally designed to capture all day sun and a quiet relaxed environment for guests.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy is if cancelled up to 2 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled in 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
For non-refundable deals no refunds will be given, and no modifications can be made to the reservation.
