All bookings must be made with a valid credit card as a guarantee. Some rate plans may ask for a deposit.
Full payment will be taken upon check-in, unless pre-payment has already been taken at time of booking.
Valid ID must be presented to staff at time of check-in. Management reserves the right to refuse a guest to check-in without sufficient ID and funds.
Credit card surcharges are applicable. Please note this property does not accept American Express or Diners Card.
Any changes made to a booking must be made in writing to the property with at least 24 hours notice prior to the arrival or departure date to avoid penalty fees.

Full payment of the accommodation can be made at the time of booking, prior to arrival or upon check-in.
A valid credit card will be used to guarantee the booking and can be used to finalise the payment.
If paying your account upon check-in we can also accept EFTPOS, cash or a valid credit card.
ID may also be requested upon arrival. Management reserves the right to cancel a booking if sufficient ID and proof of payment cannot be presented.

Norme di cancellazione

Cancellations can be made up until 2pm the day prior to arrival.
All cancellations must be in writing to the property before 2pm the day prior to arrival.
Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur the first night's accommodation as a penalty.
Instant Purchase room rates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any cancellations will result in the full accommodation amount being retained.
