Thank you for choosing to stay with us at SUMMERBREEZE HOTEL Below are hotel policies and procedures,

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is anytime after 2 PM. If you arrive earlier we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a passport upon check-in.
Summer Breeze will make every effort to honor special requests upon your arrival>
However, the availability of special request cannot be guaranteed in advance.The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 12 PM. if you require a later check-out,please contact us before 1 day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply,depending on availability.

We accept: Payment by Cash,PayPal,VISA,MASTER CARD and JCB.
Payment made to the directly to the hotel by using a credit card attract a surcharge of additional 3% (on VISA,JCB and MASTER CARD) on the total invoice amount.

Cancellation Policy
PEAK SEASON ( DECEMBER - FEBRUARY )

A 25% of the total amount or one night refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows:
1. If the booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or 500 Thai Baht (which ever is greater).
2. For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. For NO SHOWS : The deposit is non-refundable.

HIGH SEASON ( MARCH, APRIL, NOVEMBER )
A 25% of the total amount or one night refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows:
1. If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or 500 Thai Baht (whichever is greater).
2. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. For NO SHOWS, The deposit is non-refundable.

LOW SEASON ( 16th Apr - 31st Oct )
A 25% of the total amount or one night refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows:
1. If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or 500 Thai Baht (whichever is greater).
2. For cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.
3. For NO SHOWS, The deposit is non-refundable.

# For EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort upon departure.

Cancellation for airport transfer: Full payment will be charged for cancellation within 1 day before arrival as per our rate.

Remark : The client must notify the hotel by fax or by written notice of any cancellation as early as possible, but in any case not later than specified above.
