sunset palms resort is nestled in a still productive coconut plantation on the beautiful island of Gili Trawangan, just off tthe mainland of Lombok. Situated just 100 meters from beautiful white sandy beach on the tranquil west cost of the island make its perfect place to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and a place to enjoy the fabulous sunsets, each and every night for which the region is famous.
sunset palms has been hand crafted by local craftsmen utilising sustainable materials wherever possible, sunset palms resort is a contemporary, stylish and luxurious take on traditional Lombok architecture, in a beautiful natural setting. Every effort was made to ensure this natural environment was preserved and sympathetically enhanced during the construction of the resort.
sunset palms resort comprises of four two bedroom luxury villas and six single bedroom luxury villas, each villa having its own private swimming pool and tropical gardens. The resort also boasts the beautiful Palms restaurant where delicious meals and beverages can be savored and enjoyed.

Sunset palms resort reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. 100% of the total reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival date.
The hotel reserves the right to charge your card in the case of a 'No-show'
Failure to arrive at your resort will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
All Online reservation transactions will be processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). All credit card transactions are subject to 2.5% surcharge.
Reservation for any villas include breakfast and all compulsory government taxes and fees.
Your reservation will be processed immediately and confirmation letter will be sent to you within 24 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel a booking please see the following cancellation charges:
31 days prior to reservation date, full refund (less bank charges).
If cancelled 30 days prior to reservation date, no refund.
Please note: In the case of early check-out, or no show you will be required to pay 100% of all nights booked.
DAMAGE
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the resort property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the resort) during your stay. sunset palms resort reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof.

sunset palms resort is not in a position to guarantee Guest's safety against events including but not limited to accidents, death, acts of God, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and sunset palms resort will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website.
sunset palms resort will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the sunset palms resort property during Guest's stay. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.
