(full payment will be taken for late night bookings) All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of valid credit card number. You will not be charged for an accommodation booking prior to the date on which you are due to arrive.Full payment required on check in.By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Tamar River Villas to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation fees for accommodation are as follows:
- 48 hours prior to morning of arrival: free of charge (peak periods no cancellation )
- less than 48 hours prior to arrival: the full amount will be taken unless room is resold.
- No Shows: full payment will be taken.
- Groups, multiple bookings, or bookings for 7 or more days,and peak periods, 2 months notice of cancellation is required. DEPOSIT is required on confirmation of large bookings. Payment is non refundable.
In house departures subject to change are non refundable.
