The Hive Hostel
The Hive Hostel is a property located just 851 m from Perth CBD (Central Business District). It offers barbecue facilities, a small movie room and free Wi-Fi access.
You can choose to stay in a lively dormitory room or in the comfort of a private room. All rooms are nonsmoking and some come with air conditioning. Toilet and bathroom facilities are shared.
There is a large communal kitchen on the ground floor, 3 common lounge rooms and 2 TV rooms. Shared coin operated laundry facilities and barbecue facilities are available for guests’ use.
The Hive Hostel is 350 m from Perth Train Station and State Library. Northbridge is 500 m away.

Late Checkins:
If you are arriving after 12am Midnight you will be a late checkin. The evening of your arrival you will be sent checkin instructions which will include the code to the front door. Your key will be left outside the reception for you in an envelope with your name on it. You will be required to checkin in the morning.
Valid Identification:
You will need a valid passport to check in. If you are unable to produce a valid passport you will need to get the managers approval to checkin
Payment:
Any payment by card at the reception will incur a 3% surcharge
Security Deposit:
A $20 security deposit will be charged at checkin. The deposit is for your electronic wristband and bedding. You will need to return the wristband and bring your blankets to the reception upon checkout.
Payment Policy
Payment is required on arrival and in some cases with Agoda and Expedia payment will be taken already.
You can pay via Cash, Mastercard or Visa.
Paying via card at the hostel with incur a 3% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation before arrival date will incur the full period charge. There is no refund for the remaining days if you check out early. Failure to arrive at the hostel will be treated as a No-Show where the full amount will be charged and no refund will be given.
