ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข

1. You must present your passport with valid visa entry at check-in. We will return your passport during checkout.

If you cannot present your passport, TCV reserves the right to refuse your stay.
All cases of an unregistered or illegal stay will be presented to the police.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policy:
​
Check-In time: 2 PM
Check-Out time: 12 PM
​
*Early Checkin and Late Checkout are only available if a room is open. If a room is not open, we will not be able to accommodate the request.
​
**TCV will not be responsible for your early check-in and late check-out if you do not inform our reception 24 hours in advance.
​
TCV will charge an early check-in fee:
Before 4 AM 100% of the daily room rate
4AM - 8 AM 50% of the daily room rate
8 AM - 12 PM 100,000 VND/room
​
For late checkout, you must inform us 24 hours before the standard checkout time. If we are not informed, then we reserve the right to refuse a late check-out and to remove your belongings.
​
TCV will charge a late check-out fee as follow:
Before 6 PM 50% of the daily room rate
After 6 PM 100% of the daily room rate

3. Weapons, explosives, stimulants are strictly forbidden in hotel.
​
4. Any change to the occupants in your room need to registered with our reception. If you have a visitor, please welcome them in our lobby or public spaces.
​
5. TCV is only responsible for valuables and money deposited at our reception.
​
6. Be respectful to all of our guests and staff. If there are complaints, TCV has the right to ask you to leave our hotel and to call the local police.
​
7. QUIET HOURS after 10 pm. You will be warned if there is a complaint. After your warning, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and require your immediate departure.
​
8. You may leave your key with our reception. If you lose or break the key, the fee is 100,000 VND/key.
​
9. Do not move the furniture outside of the room. In case of damage to our property (walls, dryer, towels, tv, water boiler, etc.), you will be charged 100% of the replacement value.
​
10. TCV has the right to refuse entry for pets/animals if our reception is not informed in advance by 24 hours. TCV charges a fee of 300,000 VND/pet/night.
​
For any lost or damaged property caused by your pets, you will need to pay 100% of the replacement value.
​
If there is urine or feces from your pet in our hotel room floor, TCV will charge a fee of 1,000,000 VND/room for cleaning. If there is urine or feces on other room facilities and property, we will charge the full replacement value.
​
11. Please check your belongings and return the room key to our reception upon your departure. We will not be responsible for any loss after you leave.
​
12. In terms of cleaning room, for any guests staying for 2 nights or more, TCV will clean your room for your the second night stay and for the following ones if you request. Please inform the reception if you want your room to be cleaned.
​
13. If there’s powerful odor in the room due to any reason, we will charge you a fee cleaning fee of 1,000,000 VND.

Property Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation of a reservation, the Customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of accommodation (cancellation charge) as listed below.

If the reservation is canceled 14 days, before the intended check-in day: 20%
If the reservation is canceled 7 days, before the intended check-in day: 80%
If the reservation is canceled 3 days, before the intended check-in day: 100%
If no notice is received of cancellation: 100%

Khi hủy đặt phòng, Quý Khách sẽ chịu mức phí huỷ phòng theo quy định được liệt kê dưới đây:

Nếu huỷ phòng trước 14 ngày, trước ngày đến nhận phòng: phí 20% trên tổng tiền phòng;
Nếu huỷ phòng trước 7 ngày, trước ngày đến nhận phòng: phí 80% trên tổng tiền phòng;
Nếu huỷ phòng trước 3 ngày, trước ngày đến nhận phòng, hoặc hủy phòng không thông báo cho khách sạn: phí 100% trên tổng tiền phòng.
