It is a requirement that our property be respected and that when guests vacate The Cottage, care is taken to ensure it is left in the same condition as it was at arrival.
Rental of The Cottage is for only the number of guests indicated on the rental information guests provide. The number of persons in The Cottage is restricted by this policy and by local Council regulation.
The owners must be contacted prior to other persons entering the property to ensure no requirements are breached.
No gatherings of other persons, for example BBQs, parties etc. are permitted.
Noise must be kept to a minimum, thus respecting the rights of neighbours.
We like animals but unfortunately we are not able to have them at The Cottage

2. Visa or Mastercard:
The balance owing (if a deposit has been paid) OR the full amount owing must be paid on arrival.
Any payment constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Política de cancelación

If a cancellation occurs ONE DAY or LESS before a reservation you will be required to pay the equivalent of the cost of one night of accommodation.
It would be appreciated that necessary cancellations are communicated with as much prior notice as possible to allow the booking to be opened for others to access.
