Rose Cottage Reserve

Standard rates for 2 adults including a complimentary continental breakfast, chock full with home made goodies - freshly baked bread, home made muesli, cereals, home made preserves/jams, free range eggs, fruit, butter etc and we leave this in the cottage to help yourselves.

Located next to the main house and set on two levels, Rose Cottage offers charming, country style accommodation. The A-frame bedroom is upstairs, tastefully furnished with an inviting queen size bed for complete rest and relaxation.
Downstairs is the ensuite bathroom and a cosy lounge fitted with a log fire and a pull out couch to accommodate extra guests (there is also an additional pull out couch upstairs in the loft style bedroom). An adjoining kitchenette includes a fridge, an electric frying pan, a kettle, toaster and washing up sink.
The French windows open out to a patio area with outdoor furniture to enjoy the long Summer evenings.

Waterfall Cabin Reserve

Standard rates for 2 adults including a complimentary continental breakfast, chock full with home made goodies - freshly baked bread, home made muesli, cereals, home made preserves/jams, free range eggs, fruit, butter etc and we leave this in the cabin to help yourselves.

Our beautiful Waterfall Cabin has a view of the falls, the sound of the birds and a cosy mezzanine bedroom. Everything about it screams character & tranquility.
The cottage has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. There is a kettle, toaster and an electric frying pan. We also supply tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
The bedroom is on the mezzanine and can be accessed via a ladder.

Log Cabin Reserve

Standard rates for 2 adults including a complimentary continental breakfast, chock full with home made goodies - freshly baked bread, home made muesli, cereals, home made preserves/jams, free range eggs, fruit, butter etc and we leave this in the cottage to help yourselves.
Located next to Rose Cottage and set on two levels, Log Cabin offers charming, country style accommodation. The mezzanine level upstairs has a queen bed plus a fold out double futon, with the downstairs bedroom ( next to the bathroom) offering an inviting queen size bed for complete rest and relaxation.
Downstairs is the ensuite bathroom and a cosy lounge fitted with a log fire with open plan dining and full kitchen.
The French windows open out to a covered verandah area with outdoor furniture to enjoy the long Summer evenings.

Romantic Getaway Rose Cottage Reserve

This package includes the following:
- One night's accommodation in Rose Cottage with complimentary full cooked breakfast consisting of poached free range eggs & bacon, homemade bread and stuffed portobello mushroom. This is served with a plunger of Rocket coffee and Tea Total loose leaf tea and is delivered to your door at 9AM
- Bottle of sparkling Italian Prosecco on arrival
- Our delicious welcome hamper filled with a our house made seasonal Pantry produce including selection of local cheeses & salami, house smoked salmon, home made bread, sweet treats etc. (Enjoy a romantic picnic in our pagoda overlooking Owharoa Falls)
- 2 x luxury bathrobes supplied

Hauraki Rail Trail Explorer - Rose Cottage Reserve

The Hauraki Rail Trail runs along our driveway and this is your opportunity get out and explore all that our region has to offer!
This package includes :
- One night accommodation in charming Rose Cottage for 2 people
- Delicious continental breakfast hamper chock full with home goodies such as freshly baked bread, home made muesli, jams and preserves, seasonal fruit.
- One day bike hire for 2 people supplied with helmets and locks. Bikes will be delivered and ready for your arrival at The Falls Retreat but feel free to arrive early ( check in remains at 2pm) and make the most of your day! The Rail Trail runs literally along the bottom of our driveway giving you the opportunity to ride towards either Waihi or Paeroa and enjoy the stunning scenery in both directions.
- House made picnic with backpack for your Rail Trail ride.
