Booking Policy All accommodation and service bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details. Please be advised that a 3% non-refundable credit card surcharge is applicable to all transactions. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorize The O Retreat to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card. Rates are per house/room per night based on two person occupancy. The maximum occupancy per house is ten people. Extra guests at The O Retreat are charged as follows, EXTRA PERSON - CHILD (under 12yrs) rate is $50 extra per night, ADULT rate is $50 extra per night. Children 0-2 years at the date of arrival attract no charge. One cot per room is available free of charge. Pets might be allowed with extra deposit and pre-arrangement. Your house/room will be available after 2pm, with every effort made should you arrive earlier. We kindly ask that you vacate your suite by 10am on the day of departure.

All Reservations Require Credit Card Deposit of 50% of total amount, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. All bookings inside 30 days are prepaid 100% at time of booking. A non-refundable 3% credit card surcharge is applicable to all reservations.

- 30 days or more prior to arrival: You will be charged $100 admin fee per booking, plus non refundable credit card surchage and transcation fee for refund.
- 8 - 30 days prior to arrival: a charge for 50% of total booking value will be made, plus non refundable credit card surchage and transcation fee for refund.
- 7 days prior to arrival: a charge for every room night booked will be made, no refunds apply
*special terms & conditions apply for Christmas and New Year bookings. No cancellation and refund available in 90days prior to arrival. Cancel outside of 90 days, will be charged $100 admin fee per booking, plus non refundable credit card surchage and transcation fee for refund.
