A five bedroom, 3 bath home that sets a standard to which others would Aspire. The point has stunning views, is lake frontage, is 35 - 45 minutes from Thredbo and Perisher ski resorts.The point was built as a family home- hence its spacious- very. The Point has a full kitchen that would suit a caterer - it does in fact, Kim Neville, ( www.kimnevillecatering.com.au ) the owner, with husband Brendan , is a caterer and who designed the kitchen.

The main bedroom is a king. Bedrooms 2,4 & 5 can be either singles or kings, and bedroom 3 can be 3 singles or a king + one single. Bedrooms thus sleep 11. We have added a good quality double fold out in the casual sitting area

There are two relaxing areas / lounge sitting rooms, two dining areas - formal and casual. An open fire and in-slab central heating.There is secure garage parking and numerous spots on the "pad".
New for 2019 - Air conditioning and for guests saftey and security, external CCTV

Please note -You have booked a 5 bedroom house licensed for 13 people.
Deposit 25 %-to be paid 7 days from booking.Next 25 %- to be paid 90 days from arrival. Balance 50% - payable 60 days prior to arrival. From this point there is no refund.
If a booking is cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival a cancellation fee of $300 applies.
A credit card number, with funds to $1000 is required 24 hours prior to arrival on arrival to cover for breakages, or abnormal cleaning. I take a pre- authorisation on the card.
Over crowding will result in eviction

The Point is licensed for 13 people.

No refunds if cancelled with 60 days from arrival ( unless property can be re booked) All breakages are the tenants responsibility.
A credit card number, with funds to $1000 is required 24 hours prior to arrival on arrival to cover for breakages, or abnormal cleaning. I take a pre- authorisation on the card.
For bookings made after June 27.6.2021 Covid policy re cancellation. Covid is part of life. Alas, I cant wear all the costs, again- its been twice now. So ,if , within 14 days of the guests arrival, there is a government directive prohibiting travel to the snowy mountains, Jindabyne and or the ski resorts of Thredbo or Perisher, or such directive enforces the complete closure or either ski resort, then the guest will receive a 50 % refund.

Please note, Overcrowding is strictly prohibited- exceeding maximum occupancy numbers will result in immediate termination of the stay, a full forfeiture of the $1000 deposit and can involve fines from Snowy River shire Council .It also jeopardises any public liability claim a guest may have cause to persue.
