Conditions générales
Booking Policy
50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, with the balance payable seven days prior to arrival.
Deposits and balance payments are accepted by credit card or direct transfer.
Upon clearance of deposits your booking will be confirmed and directions and other information will be forwarded to you.
Bookings are confirmed and paid for a specific numbers of guests.
At the Manger’s sole discretion, reduction of guest numbers may incur a part cancellation fee.
We ask that you don’t disturb any of unrequired beds or bedrooms or additional charges may apply.

Conditions de paiement
Deposits and balance payments are accepted by Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card or by direct transfer.
Politique d'annulation
Cancellations within six weeks of booking will attract a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within three weeks of the stay date will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation within one week or “no show” of the stay date will forfeit full rental.
At the manager’s sole discretion, a forfeited deposit may be transferred to another booking date, depending on the timing of cancellation request, ability to re-let the cancelled dates and availability for replacement dates.
