To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests including extra beds/linen used above that of which is required for booked number of guests.
Apartments are self contained and self servicing .
All apartments are Non Smoking - Penalties apply.
No refunds for early checkouts.
Dishes are to be washed, dried and put back into cupboards. No fish cleaning in rooms or on the property - $100 additional cleaning fee.
Credit card authorisation may also be used to cover incidental items including but not limited to the cost of any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
If more than 1hr is needed to clean rooms an excess charge of $30.00 per cleaning hour will be charged.
On departure please leave apartment keys in key box located outside the office.

Payment Policy

Deposit:
50% of total tariff processed as a deposit at time of booking.
If the booking is for a one night stay, the total will be processed upon the time of booking.
Confirmation to be emailed.
Balance of payment to be processed 7 days before arrival.
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking

Payment is to be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

Full payment for Late Arrivals and No Shows

Cancellation Policy

Important please note:

More than 30 days notice of cancellation, deposit refunded less $50.00.
Less than 30 days notice of cancellation, deposit withheld.
If cancellation is received less than 7 days before the arrival date or on the occasion of early departure, cancellation fee will be equal to full accommodation account due.
We strongly suggest that you book travel insurance to cover last minute cancellations, including those due to family illness, travel disruption, extreme weather, fire events or other unforeseen circumstances.
