Unlax @ Hunter Valley is a boutique accommodation venue located in the headquarters of the NSW Wine Country region called Central Pokolbin (Pronounced - Po-coal-bin). We share this small yet vibrant neighbourhood with some of the best Winemakers, Vineyards, Cellar doors, Restaurants, and Hospitality professionals you will find anywhere in the world. Conditions générales
All guests must be nominated on the reservation including any pets, and relevant fee requires payment for each guest including pets and all children 13 years and older. Children under 13 years cannot be accommodated. Reservations are non-transferable. Guests are required to keep noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Additional guests arriving that are NOT included on the reservation will be required to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. Additional visitors of paying guests are NOT permitted. Furniture items are not to be relocated/moved around without prior approval. Any damage caused to furniture, floors, walls, paint, etc will require replacement and/or repair at guests expense.
Please ensure that cottage is left in an appropriate state on check-out to avoid incurring a minimum $100 cleaning fee. Check in from 1pm. Check out 11am. Late check out fee = $50 per hour or part thereof. No smoking inside cottages. Photo ID required at time of check in (Australian drivers licence or passport accepted) PETS: x 1 only per booking & must be 1 year or older, under 10kg. During stay pets must be supervised at all times.
If at any point any of the above terms and conditions are breached management reserves the right to cancel guests reservation with cancellation policy to remain in effect. Guests booking through a third party acknowledge the above supersedes any information given to them by the third party.
