Free WIFI is available thru out the property, free parking is available on the street front and we have some possible on site by request.
BREAKFAST ...is available...7am--9am Full cooked to order $22/large continental $15 per person.
Please note that Victoria House is a non-smoking property. There are no guest cooking facilities in the rooms or on the property because of the sensitive nature of the guesthouse smoke detectors; however Portland does have a great range of restaurants, cafes & take away.
We do offer lunch packs at $25 per person...please speak to property.

We do not apply surcharges to credit card payments.
Full payment for your accommodation will be charged to the credit card used for confirmation on the day of arrival, unless prior arrangemnet with the property.
Non-accidental or negligent damage caused by a guest to the accommodation will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest, to the cost of the repair.

While we still have on going issues with Covid, the guest can cancel free of charge right up til arrival date. The guest will be charged the total price if they are a 'no show'.
Please note that the Christmas period from December 16th thru to Jan 27th, all Public Holiday Weekends and any special packages are not able to be cancelled or changed once booked.
No fees are charged for bookings if cancelled within 24 hours of first making the booking.
