- Minimum 2 night stay
- 15.5% Government Tax & Service Charge is not included in rates
- Check-in 2:00pm (earlier check-in time may be available upon request)
- Check-out 11:00am (later check-out time may be available upon request)

*The villa is NON SMOKING
*Glass is NOT permitted in or around the pool area. Any breakages will result in drainage of the pool. All costs incurred will be applicable to the guest responsible. Please note this is a timely procedure. Costs involved may include draining the pool, labour & any impact to the next check-in. Plastic tumblers are provided for use in or around the pool.
*Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the property. This will be checked upon guest check-out and you will be invoiced accordingly.
*We ask guests with small children to take extra caution around the pool and when occupying the upstairs bedrooms.

Política de pagamento

Payments can be made to:
- Australian bank account: Bank transfer or International transfer

Payment details will be sent to you via email once you have confirmed your booking.

A 50% deposit is to be paid within 7 days from the date of booking to confirm your reservation. This is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to check-in date.
Bookings made within 30 days of check-in date will require 100% payment to confirm your reservation.

Failure to pay within 5 days will result in your booking being released.

A credit card is used to hold your reservation but will not be used as payment.

Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the property. This will be checked once guests check-out. Should damage or loss to the property occur guests will be contacted and will be invoiced accordingly.

Política de cancelamento

- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will require a 50% booking fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days prior of check-in date are non-refundable.
