A valid credit card number is required to secure a reservation. This credit card will be pre-authorised 14 days in advance of your arrival. Should your credit card decline, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
If you prefer, full pre payment by other means this can be arranged. Please contact Wanaka View Motel to discuss info@wanakaviewmotel.co.nz
For Invoiced bookings please make the payment to BNZ 02 0912 0353853 00
Norme di cancellazione
From 1st October to 30th June cancellations or amendments for bookings need to be made more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If within 72 hours or in the case of a no-show you will be charged for your full stay.
For Winter Peak Periods 1st July to 30th September cancellations or amendments for bookings need to be made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If within 30 days or in the case of a no-show you will be charged for your full stay.
This policy may vary for special events or prime holiday periods when we will clarify directly the cancellation policy.
