Washpool Retreat/Apartment on Washpool
Washpool Retreat is a modern 2 bedroom guest house located between Tailem Bend and Wellington in prime position right on the waters edge of the Murray River. A protected north facing deck and veranda is ideal for relaxing outside in summer or sitting inside during winter with the warm winter sun filtering in. A fully self contained home with open plan living/dining/kitchen, all with views of the river, and bathroom/laundry. Two queen size bedrooms complete with soft furnishings and linen, main bedroom has direct access to the outdoor deck area and water views. A separate road and driveway access takes you right to the house and front lawn area by the river.
Apartment on Washpool has great river views from a large open plan living room/kitchenette that leads out to your own private balcony. A large entrance passageway, two queen bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower and freestanding bath. The living room also has a billiard table and darts for your entertainment use.

BOOKINGS
A booking must be accompanied with a valid credit card. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card and American Express.
*Note – If two Adults requesting separate beds an additional $50 will be charged. Please notify when booking
Check in /Check out
Check in from 2 pm on the date of arrival. Check out before 10 am Monday – Friday. Check out Saturday – Sunday 11.00 am on date of departure. We will try to assist if you need time outside of the stated times, depending on bookings and servicing of the guest house.
The Guest House and Apartment on Washpool has a no smoking inside policy. No pets allowed. Guest towels not to be used for swimming.

Conditions de paiement
A deposit of 50% for your accommodation is required at the time of the booking. The balance of payment for the stay must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
All payments made by credit card (visa/mastercard) will incur a 2% surcharge.
Valid credit card is required as security.
Payments can be made by direct debit, please email receipt of payment to info@washpoolretreat.com for conformation of your booking.
