Our open-plan country house is set on 2 acres of garden, overlooking the picturesque hills and farmland of the New England. We are located 50km east of Armidale on the Waterfall Way, towards Dorrigo. The cold winters, mild summers and stunning autumn colour of the area make this a perfect holiday destination for all seasons. Whether you're after a romantic getaway for two or a fun-filled family escape, the stunning natural surrounds and wide open spaces will make you never want to leave. We can accommodate up to 10 guests, with 3 queen size beds, 4 single bunk beds, and a queen size sofa bed provided on request.
The house is self-contained, so that you can enjoy privacy and seclusion, and we are able to provide breakfast and food for dinner on request. The Frizell family run the farmstay in conjunction with a large beef cattle farm, and we are happy to show you around during your stay. It is not unusual for our quiet cattle to be grazing only metres from the house yard, and our friendly Red Backed Rock Wallabies often come for an early morning visit to the 2 acre garden surrounding the house.
We can recommend a number of things to do while you are here, and we hire rods and tackle if you wish to fish along our 4 km of river frontage. For a truly memorable getaway, please contact us today.

All stays include a full breakfast provided on the first morning of the stay. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements so that we can provide you with suitable breakfast items.
All stays include a farm tour, access to our 4km of trout stream and unlimited access to the farm, which is able to be arranged on arrival.
Pets are not allowed at the farmstay.
Check-in is from 2pm onwards, so please check with Lucy if you wish to arrive earlier.
Check-out is at 10am.
Please notify Lucy 30 MINUTES before you arrive.
We provide the whole house for your use, supplied with all linen, towels, laundry washer and dryer, cooking utensils and crockery that you will need. We expect therefore that you will treat this home like you would your own, and preserve the clean state of the surrounding farm by not littering or disturbing the animals.

Full payment either in advance or on arrival is much appreciated. Direct deposit is the preferred method, but cash or credit card can also be accepted.

Cancellations occurring more than 14 days before the first date of the stay will be issued with a full refund. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of the first day of the stay will be issued a refund of 50% of the total price of the stay. Please contact the manager to discuss these
