By making a booking, the guest agrees to the Waterfront Retreat at Wattle Point, Terms and Conditions as shown in www.wattlepointholiday.com.au

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please note that from 6pm Friday 29th October 2021, all guests over the age of 18 must be double vaccinated to use common facilities such as the the swimming pool and spa at Waterfront Retreat at Wattlepoint .

ALL ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE INCLUDING THE SWIMMING POOL AND SPA (SANITISING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES MUST BE ADHERED TO)
IT IS PREFERRED THAT PAYMENT BE MADE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL EITHER BY CREDIT CARD OR DIRECT DEBIT.

High chair and Portacot available for hire on request, please contact us directly for further information.

The closest shops are 15 minutes away in either Paynesville or Bairnsdale please remember to bring all your food requirements with you.

10 litres of drinking water will be supplied as initial supplies, further supply available at reception. Retreat water has high iron and salt levels and may cause gastro intestinal irritation. All linen is supplied, but please bring towel for pool and spa.

As the retreat is in the bush and on the lake, mosquito's are often around, mostly in the evening. We do suggest you bring and wear insect repellent when out and about.

PLEASE NOTE:

extra charge of 1 night tariff if evidence of smoking in lodges
Damage: replacement cost or cost of repairs

Credit Card Guarantee - Your credit card is required to guarantee the reservation and is not charged at the time of booking. (Unless it is a Christmas reservation).

Bookings for Christmas period (20th December to 5th January) a 20% deposit is required.

Full payment is required upon or prior to arrival. A 2% surcharge on credit card payments applies.
For bank transfers please ensure that the funds are cleared before arrival. Bank details: BSB: 063 530 Account: 1047 9653 Name: Mashnaty Pty Ltd. Use surname as reference.

7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Waterfront Retreat At Wattle Point. There is no cancellation for reservations cancelled prior to 7 days to the arrival date. For cancellations within 7 days of the reservation the first night's accommodation may be charged.

PEAK PERIOD CANCELLATION POLICY
(EASTER AND CHRISTMAS)
Cancellations 30 day or more prior to arrival date - no cancellation fee.
Cancellations 7 to 30 days prior to arrival forfeiture of deposit
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.
