VERY IMPORTANT CONDITIONS!!

Check-IN Time: This is the standard 2pm Day of Arrival.
Check-Out Time: This is the standard by 10am Next Morning.

PLEASE NOTE

Guests will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by them to the motel room or any furnishings, fittings
and equipment.

Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. No parties are allowed in the guest rooms at any time.
The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm.

Smoking inside the room is not permitted. It will result in a $200 penalty.
Thank you for keeping the room smoke-free.

Payment Policy

COMPANY POLICY:

Company Policy is for payment to be made in FULL at the time of Booking.

Our Motel is a "NON SMOKING COMPLEX" with a designated smoking area under cover.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW Policies

SINGLE ROOM
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations. Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with at least 72 hours notice. NO SHOWS: Will not be refunded.

Adminstration cahrges of the cacelled booking:

There is a fixed $25 charge for each day for the cancelled bookings
GROUP BOOKING/SPECIAL EVENTS______________
Cancellation Policy / Non Arrival: Group Bookings and/or Special Events
Cancellations within 4 weeks (1 month) will attract a fee (which is a minimum of one nights accommodation per room/unit cancelled)

ALL UNPAID ACCOUNTS Is subject to late fee and collection costs added to the invoice.
