It is a condition of my occupancy that I am liable to compensate for any damaged/lost property belonging to Western Star Hotel during my stay. Be there ay loss or damage to customers own property, they will take full responsibility.
Use of ALL facilities within the Western Star Hotel are at ones own risk.
It is a requirement of Fire Safety Regulations that all guests are disclosed during booking.
Smoking in any room will incur a minimum cost of $200. Please close doors if smoking outside.
