Wetland View Park
Get right away from it all. No traffic noise at all, total peace and quiet, except for the birdsong. Base yourself in our luxury chalets and explore the West Coast of Golden Bay. Wake to the birdsong and enjoy the lovely view across the wetland to the limestone bluffs on the hills beyond. There are wetland and bush walks you can do from your chalet and the West Coast with miles of long sandy beaches and rock pools to explore is only a few minutes drive further down the road. We have a lovely glow worm grotto we are happy to show our guests through. It offers a good display of glow worms, plenty of koura (New Zealands native fresh water crayfish) and usually some cave wetas. The chalets have a fully equipped kitchen. If you want to make your stay a special occasion, make the most of your days or just be totally pampered, we also offer lovely 3 course evening meals, served to you in the privacy of your chalet.
