A brand new, architecturally designed home with two self contained apartments - just minutes to Constitution Dock, the MONA Ferry, Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery and Salamanca Market.
Take a peek inside and you'll see remnants of the homes original 1840's heritage, and its transformation from an abandoned derelict building.

privacy with an exceptional view over the city skyline.
The King bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests which can be divided into two single beds if needed.

Mixing old world charm with timeless, modern simplicity, this lavishly appointed apartment showcases
remnants of the homes original 1840's convict heritage.
The Queen bedroom forms part of the original turn-of-century brick building, with a tasteful modern renovation.
The King bedroom features original hand-cut timber floorboards from the 1800's and can sleep two singles if requested.

The Collective Réserver
This option gives you the lot....experience all that White Room Apartments has to offer with those closest. The apartments connect through a 'linkway' - an undercover, double doored entrance that's both secure and allows seamless access to both units. There's two King bedrooms, one Queen and a sofa bed available upon request. The home boasts two luxurious bathrooms, two fully functioning kitchens, two dining & living areas, as well as two courtyards. Contact us for more about this option.

Check in is anytime after 3PM

Self check-in with keypad / Guests collect the keys at the property
Damage deposit of $250 paid when booking and refunded 7 days after checkout.
Not suitable for pets
No smoking
No parties or events
Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years)
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Parking
There is on-street parking available, metered from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Parking is free on the weekend.
An all day carpark is located a few doors down for $11 per day.
Conditions de paiement
Prepayment
A refundable damage deposit of $250 will be charged when booking. The amount is on top of the price, and will be refunded to the guest after check-out assuming the apartment is left in good order within 7 days.
We require the deposit and credit card details when booking.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express. A 3% surcharge will be added to your booking for credit card payments.
Politique d'annulation
The guest can cancel free of charge until one month before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival.
No-show Policy
If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price.
