Nestled amongst lovely rose gardens and perched on the edge of the McLaren Vale township, Wine and Roses Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located for a wander to one of the many local restaurants, cafes and cellar doors within the main street. You can walk or cycle The Shiraz Trail, located just 20m away, to visit the many and varied wineries of the area, or the quaint historical township of Willunga.
All rooms offer generous provisions for a self prepare breakfast, complimentary port, fresh fruit, chocolate, Nespresso coffee and Twinings tea.
The rooms are air-conditioned, include a flat-screen TV, blu-ray player, free wi-fi and feature an open fireplace for those cold and chilly evenings.
Some rooms feature a private balcony, sitting room or courtyard with BBQ facilities. The Cottage, Contemporary Suite and Studio Suite have a two person spa bath and The Retreat has a large deep bath and all include free toiletries. The Cottage and The Contemporary Suite offer a kitchenette.

Wine and Roses is an adults only accommodation, reservations will only be accepted by adults of 18 years and over
There are no facilities for children in any rooms
There are no facilities for any extra guests in any rooms.
Visitors are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the suites. There are designated smoking areas outside.
Check in is anytime from 2pm, and check out is by 10.30am,
A booking is not confirmed until the 30% deposit or full payment has been received.
Payment Policy
If the reservation is created more than 30 days before arrival a 30% deposit is required and the balance is payable 30 days before check in.
If the reservation is created within 30 days of arrival the full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit and cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
Covid Cancellation/Refund Policy
(Only applicable if the government restricts your travel to SA by closing the borders after the reservation has been made, this policy does not cover individual isolation cases)
If a guest cancels a reservation more than 15 days before check in - full refund
If a guest cancels a reservation 48 hours to 14 days before check in - 50% refund
If a guest cancels a reservation within 48 hours of check in - no refund or credit
