Wooli River Lodges is situated right on the pristine Wooli Wooli River, surrounded by Yuraygir National Park. The nine cabins and one house are either next to, or close to the river and have views of the pool, BBQ area and/or the extensive native gardens. Each cabin is self-contained and has a deck with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy your surrounds. The variety of birds and animals reflects our proximity to the National Park and the river, and the fact that Wooli is a quiet undeveloped seaside town, 33km from the highway. We have canoes and paddleboats available for our guests' use (free of charge) and a swimming pool, and books and board games for quieter moments.

Our newly renovated Deluxe Garden Lodge provides an extra level of comfort and roominess for a couple in a contemporary while rustic setting.  The verandah has a garden view and a vista down to the river. You will sleep well on our high quality queen bed after luxuriating in your private bath or shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, kettle, single burner induction stove top and microwave as well as a dining table and chairs. A comfortable lounge completes the living area. A TV is provided in both the living area and the bedroom. Outdoor furniture on the deck means you can eat outside or just relax and listen to the birds.

Welcome to Wooli River Lodges. If you have any queries about your booking, please feel free to call us any time on 0490 50 30 10.

Please read the following terms and conditions of your holiday rental because any breach of these conditions permits the owner to refuse a key, amend rent of premises, or immediately terminate your booking. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and will be displayed on our website. They are applicable to occupants and their visitors. The occupants are responsible for the actions and behaviour of their visitors whilst on the premises. The letting of all lodges is strictly on a holiday basis and is not a residential tenancy agreement.

Your booking is for the number of people noted on your confirmation email. If you wish to add more people please contact us.

Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is by 10am. Guests may request an early check-in and/or late check-out time of midday, subject to availability. The availability may not be confirmed until a few days before you either arrive or leave, since availability is subject to bookings by other guests.

We do not allow pets.

Parking is either next to or behind your lodge and is for up to 2 vehicles including boats. If you need more parking than this, please speak to the owners before you arrive to determine if your vehicles can be accommodated. Parking is allowed in the designated parking areas and on the grass between the lodges and the pub. Parking is not allowed on any other grassed areas including where signs indicate that parking is not allowed. Please drive slowly around the property as there are often children about.

The cabins are supplied with clean bed, bathroom and kitchen linen. However, you are required to bring your own beach towels. Please leave your cabin swept and tidy on departure, with all furniture and other items put back where you found them on arrival. An excess cleaning charge of $20 will applied if dishes are left for the cleaners to either wash or pack away. Any damage done to the lodges or their contents or any part of the grounds or other item that is part of the Lodges business, must also be paid for.

The erection of tents or the use of caravans or campervans or any other type of removable accommodation is not permitted. Loud noise and antisocial behaviour are not tolerated. Food and drink are not allowed in the pool area. Please observe the pool hours, or any 'Pool Closed' sign, in consideration of other guests. No-one is allowed in the pool area during closed times. Children are to be supervised by a competent adult at all times. Games and other activities that are dangerous to other guests or to our property are not allowed at any time.

Bicycles are allowed but only on gravel. Bikes are not to be ridden on grassed areas. Bikes must be ridden in a manner that is safe for other guests and respectful of our property.

All noise must cease after 10pm.

Groups (family groups, clubs, sporting groups, interest groups, schoolie groups and other similar groups of young people) must let the owners know that they are a group. The group may be asked to pay a bond before arrival. This will be refunded in full, minus payment for any damage, immediately after cleaning.

Pets are not allowed within the Wooli River Lodges property.

No responsibility is taken by the owners for guests' personal property or any belongings left behind. We will make every effort to return lost property, but it will be at the guest's expense.

Smoking is not allowed in the lodges. Smokers must put their cigarette butts in the rubbish.

A range of bins is provided, red-lidded ones for general rubbish and yellow-lidded bins ones for recycling.

A 20% deposit per cabin is required to confirm all bookings. Payment for Christmas must be made in full by the end of October. For school holiday and Easter bookings, full payment must be made one month prior to your stay. For other bookings, the balance can be paid upon arrival.

If you would prefer to pay by direct deposit, please pay into the following account with your invoice number or full name as the reference, or telephone us to let us know that the payment has been made. The account details are as follows:

Política de cancelación

Notice of cancellation or changes to your booking can be made via email or over the phone. Christmas and Easter bookings cancelled more than 3 months prior to arrival will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Christmas and Easter bookings cancelled less than 3 months before the booking will not be refunded. However, you will be offered the opportunity to book for the same length of time during low season within the next 12 months. Bookings for other times cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival, will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations made 28 days or less in advance of arrival, no refund will be given. However, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule to another low season period for the same length of time, subject to availability. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
